I was walking yesterday, on my way home from jogging at the nearest park when I saw this huge fire truck and for some reason, it was refilling gas in the gas station near our neighborhood. I find it a little strange because as I roughly remember, fire stations are supposed to have its own supply of gasoline. Anyway, since there was a convenience store in the gas station, I decided to go inside and buy me some drinks. While consuming my Gatorade, I checked out the fire truck since I like looking at automotives and saw a lot of roll up doors at the side. I was thinking it would be where they put the hose and those are basically the truck’s compartment doors. One of the doors were open and I saw some hose covers, I guess to make sure that the hose will not be falling out of place or something. While I was looking, one of the firemen went to the side and closed the door. He just smiled at me, and then the truck went on its way to wherever it would be going to. I then continued walking my way home and from there I found out why there was a fire truck in the gas station… It turned out that there was a fire in our neighborhood and my house almost got burned, with the fire starting from my neighbor’s house, which was just in front of my home… I was just thankful that my house was safe… –>
